I first made these biscuit pops for a crowded game night everyone loved how easy they were to grab and dip without making a mess.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough: 1 can (16 oz) 8 biscuits
  • Deli ham: 8 thin slices
  • Cheddar cheese (or Swiss): 8 slices
  • Dill pickle chips: 16 round slices
  • Melted butter: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Dried parsley: 1 tsp

Instructions

Prep Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Biscuits:
Open biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Split each horizontally to make 16 rounds.

On each round layer half a slice ham half a slice cheese and one pickle chip. Fold over ham and cheese so nothing hangs over the edge.
Seal Pops:
Bring edges of dough up and around filling pinching to seal and form a ball.
Add Sticks:
Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into seam side of each ball twisting gently to secure.
Arrange & Top:
Place pops seam side down on sheet. Brush tops with melted butter sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
Bake:
Bake 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving warm.
