# How to make it:
01 - Set oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk milk, sour cream or Greek yogurt, egg, and truffle oil until smooth.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir just until moistened. Avoid overmixing for best texture.
05 - Fold in chives or parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
06 - Using two spoons or an ice cream scoop, drop eight equal mounds of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
07 - Transfer to oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the tops are golden brown and scones are puffed.
08 - Remove baking tray and immediately brush tops with additional truffle oil. Serve while warm.
