14 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
15 - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water (slurry)

16 - 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
17 - Extra sliced green onions
# How to make it:
01 - In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside while preparing other ingredients.
02 - In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat over medium until simmering. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
03 - Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
04 - Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat with a small amount of oil. Stir-fry the marinated beef in batches for 2 to 3 minutes each until browned and just cooked through. Remove from the wok and keep warm.
05 - Using the same wok, add additional oil if needed. Stir-fry the red bell pepper, sugar snap peas, and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return the beef to the wok, pour in the teriyaki sauce, then add the cooked noodles. Toss together over medium heat until ingredients are well combined and heated through.
07 - Divide among serving bowls and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and extra sliced green onions.
