18 - 12 mini blinis or cocktail pumpernickel rounds
19 - Edible silver stars or glitter (optional)

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter. Arrange stars on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden, then allow to cool slightly. Combine goat cheese, honey, and thyme, then spoon the mixture onto the baked pastry stars and top with chopped walnuts.
03 - Toast the baguette slices until they turn golden. Place a slice of brie cheese on each toast, add fresh blueberries on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Optionally, adorn with edible gold leaf and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
04 - Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, chopped dill, and capers. Spread this mixture onto mini blinis or cocktail pumpernickel rounds. Top with smoked salmon, trimming into small star shapes if desired, and optionally garnish with edible silver stars or glitter.
