# Recipe Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Ready in 25 minutes with zero fussy techniques or special equipment beyond what you already have.
  • The sauce tastes like you've been simmering spices for hours, but it's really just bold ingredients meeting warm water.
  • Perfectly customizable: dial up the heat, swap vegetables, or add protein without changing a thing about the method.
02 -
  • Cold noodles won't absorb sauce the way warm ones do, so don't let them sit in the fridge before tossing—make the sauce while the noodles are still slightly warm.
  • The sriracha amount is a starting point, not a rule; some bottles are hotter than others, so add slowly and keep tasting.
03 -
  • Prep all vegetables before you start cooking noodles; this dish comes together so fast that multitasking while boiling water is the only way to stay organized.
  • Keep the lime wedges nearby when serving—squeezing them over at the last second wakes everything up and prevents the dish from tasting flat as it cools.
