Instructions

Prepare Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-18 minutes.
Mash Potatoes:
Drain and return to pot. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy. Stir in chives if using.
Serve:
