# How to make it:

01 - Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
04 - Fold the diced apples into the batter evenly.
05 - Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a heavy-bottomed pot or deep skillet, maintaining 2 inches of oil depth.
06 - Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into the hot oil, frying 3 to 4 fritters at a time. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
