11 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
14 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
# How to make it:
01 - In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt until evenly blended.
02 - Stir in warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and egg; mix until soft dough forms. Knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
04 - Set oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 16 by 10-inch rectangle.
06 - Spread softened butter evenly over dough, then sprinkle with light brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
07 - Roll dough tightly from the long edge into a log, pinching seam to seal.
08 - Slice the log lengthwise in half with a sharp knife. Twist the two halves together with cut sides facing upward.
09 - Form the twisted dough into a wreath shape, pinching the ends to seal, then transfer onto the prepared baking sheet.
10 - Bake in preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool briefly.
11 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; drizzle over the warm wreath before serving.
