# How to make it:
01 - In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
02 - Place cranberries in a large bowl. Pour warm syrup over them and toss gently to evenly coat all berries.
03 - Using a slotted spoon, transfer cranberries onto a wire rack or parchment-lined tray. Let rest for 2 minutes until slightly tacky.
04 - Roll cranberries in the remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar until thoroughly coated. Allow to dry for 2 minutes before serving.
