# How to make it:

03 - Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
04 - Incorporate chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper; add water and simmer until most liquid evaporates, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread tortilla chips evenly across the prepared sheet pan.
