04 - 60 grams breadcrumbs
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

# How to make it:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sriracha sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, scallions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper; mix until evenly blended.
03 - Shape the mixture into small balls, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Place the tray in the oven and bake for 16–18 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Thread cooked meatballs onto skewers, 2–3 per stick; transfer to a serving platter.
06 - Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the meatballs and serve immediately while warm.
