02 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 2 jalapeño peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
05 - 40 g cooked bacon, chopped

06 - 4 large flour tortillas (approximately 25 cm diameter)
07 - 20 ml vegetable oil, for cooking
→ Dipping Sauce
08 - 120 ml sour cream
09 - 15 ml chopped fresh chives
# How to make it:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, jalapeño peppers, and chopped bacon until evenly combined.
02 - Lay out the flour tortillas. Spread a quarter of the cheese mixture evenly over half of each tortilla, then fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place folded tortillas in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
04 - Allow quesadillas to cool slightly, then cut into strips or wedges for dipping.
05 - In a small bowl, combine sour cream with chopped chives and stir to mix. Serve alongside quesadilla dippers.
