05 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup (50 g) lettuce leaves
07 - 1 medium tomato, sliced

10 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
11 - Pickles (optional), as desired

→ Spices & Seasonings

12 - 1 tsp kosher salt
13 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
02 - Form ground beef into 8 equal patties, about 2 inches wide. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - Grill the bacon slices on the cooler side of the grill until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally. Set aside on paper towels.
04 - Place burger patties on the grill. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness. In the last minute, top each patty with a slice of cheese, close the grill lid, and allow the cheese to melt.
05 - Toast the slider buns, cut side down, on the grill for 1–2 minutes until golden.
06 - Assemble the sliders: Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom buns. Add lettuce, a cheese-topped burger patty, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles if using. Top with the bun lids.
07 - Serve immediately while hot with your favorite sides.
