# How to make it:
01 - Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the egg whites and cream of tartar in a large, clean mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, maintaining as much volume as possible.
05 - Evenly divide the batter into four bowls. Into each, add a few drops of the chosen gel food coloring and gently fold to distribute color without deflating the mixture.
06 - Using a spoon, place dollops of each colored batter side by side onto the prepared baking sheet. Optionally swirl with a spatula for a marbled rainbow effect.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the bread is set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow the cloud bread to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes. Carefully remove and serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
