# How to make it:
- Set oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest 5 minutes, shred with forks, and toss with barbecue sauce.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Remove sauce from heat; stir in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and ground mustard until smooth and melted.
- Mix cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and transfer to prepared baking dish. Evenly layer BBQ chicken on top.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over chicken. Finish by sprinkling extra shredded cheddar on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
