02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
07 - 3/4 teaspoon dried dill
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
# How to make it:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - After rinsing chickpeas, pat dry thoroughly with paper towels until no moisture remains.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly blended.
04 - Add chickpeas to seasoning mixture and toss to fully coat each piece.
05 - Spread seasoned chickpeas in a single layer onto prepared baking sheet.
06 - Transfer baking sheet to oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until chickpeas are golden and crisp.
07 - Remove from oven and allow chickpeas to cool on baking sheet before serving or storing.
